Pro Max Restoration provides water damage restoration, mold remediation, flooded basement cleanup, fire damage restoration, sewer backup cleanup, asbestos removal, demolition, and renovation services across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Service availability, scope, and pricing are determined through individual consultations and project assessments.
3. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided through our website or in-person assessments are preliminary and subject to change based on actual site conditions. Final pricing is confirmed after thorough property inspection. Our AI-powered damage calculator provides approximate estimates for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding quote.
4. Emergency Services
Our 24/7 emergency response targets arrival within 45 minutes for the Toronto and GTA area. Response times may vary based on weather conditions, traffic, and current demand. Emergency services are initiated upon verbal or written authorization from the property owner or their authorized representative.
5. Insurance Claims
Pro Max Restoration works directly with insurance companies to facilitate claims processing. We can bill your insurance provider directly with your written authorization. However, the property owner remains ultimately responsible for all charges if insurance does not cover the full cost of services rendered.
6. Warranties & Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranties as specified in individual service agreements. All restoration work follows IICRC S500 (water damage), S520 (mold), and other applicable industry standards. Warranty terms are detailed in your project contract.
7. Website Use
Content on this website is for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, information about restoration processes, timelines, and costs may vary by project. The Emergency Checklist and Damage Calculator tools are educational resources and do not replace professional assessment.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pro Max Restoration is not liable for damages arising from reliance on website content, delayed response due to circumstances beyond our control, or pre-existing property conditions.
